2025 RACE Schedule

Small Town, Big Goals!

We have been training all year and are ready to get on the water.  Here are the main races we're looking forward to competing in this year!

June 6-8 / Island City 3-day Mini Camp

More info Coming soon

June 20/ Badger Lake Dragon Festival

The event is a fun filled, family friendly weekend that includes everything from a rock concert on the beach to the thrill of community teams competing in the centuries old Chinese sport of dragon boat racing. It’s the perfect mix of community building and team building, not to mention a ton of fun.

The Badger Lake Dragon Boat Bash is now one of the longest standing events in the Midwest. We are proud to celebrate our 27th year with the community, teams and participants that has made this distinction possible.

July 26/ Chicago International Dragon Boat Festival

he 11th Annual Chicago International Dragon Boat Festival blends ancient culture with the excitement of sport and competition, transforming Busse Woods (Ned Brown Preserve) into the host venue for this high-energy day of racing. With festival grounds just a short drive from downtown Chicago, it’s no surprise that this event has grown to become one of the most popular destinations on the MLDB map for US and Canadian teams alike.
